FILI’s annual translator-in-residence period is in March. On 29 February, Annie Prime (from the UK) and Owen Witesman (from the USA) will arrive for a three-week residency. Annie translates from Finland-Swedish and Owen from Finnish.
The site is located in the historic fortress on the island of Suomenlinna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that adorns the harbour near Helsinki’s shoreline.
