Also, Rowohlt Verlag GmbH has made a three book-deal and acquired the German rights to three of Ulla Rask’s The Cold Water Sea series from Rights & Brands: Blanka, Daughter of the Baltic Sea (Blanka, Itämeren tytär, WSOY 2025), In the Shadows of the Seven Spires (Seitsemän tornin varjoissa, WSOY 2026) and its third incoming book.
Newton Compton Editores has obtained the World Spanish rights to Dr. Jennifer De Paola’s The Happiness Puzzle (2026) from Ahlback Literary Agency.
Planeta Mexico has emptied the World Spanish rights to Dr. Frank Martela’s Stop Chasing Happiness (Älä etsi onnea, Allen Unwin 2025) from Ahlback Literary Agency.
Crime Scene Press has obtained the Romanian rights to Satu Rämö’s first two volumes of Hildur series: Hildur (WSOY 2022) and Rósa and Björk (Rósa & Björk, WSOY 2023) from Bonnier Rights Finland.
